DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
My policies are also listed on Etsy. I do accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as well as if the item is shipped back within 30 days of receiving it. Cancellations but occur within 24 hours of purchase.
I do not accept exchanges for any items. Customized and personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
WHAT IF I WANT SOMETHING CUSTOM?
CES would be happy to work with you to customize your order. You will need to contact CES first before you make your purchase for customization. This includes the customized fire ring listing on Etsy.
Almost all of our items can be customized but a small fee (depending on customization) will be added to the base price to account for time and materials.
Once your custom order is purchased a proof of what your item will look like will be sent to you within a few days. We do not send proofs prior to purchase. Keep in mind that ordering around the holidays, customization may take a little longer.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We have shipped our metal world wide! We can quote you how much it will cost by contacting us. We need to know what you would like to order, and the zip code (for the US), or the country you sending the item(s) to.
WHAT KIND OF METAL DO YOU CUT?
Typically we cut cold rolled steel, for some applications we cut hot rolled steel.
We currently do not cut aluminum or stainless steel.
