Founder and owner Shawn Oudsema, has over 13 years of experience working in the industry. By founding Cutting-Edge Steelworks, LLC, Shawn brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise that’s incomparable. Who We Are
Shawn Oudsema
Owner, Designer, Maker
Shawn has been working within fabricating and manufacturing business since the early 2000's. He has gained experience as a welder, machinist, and fabricator. He is a certified welder and has years of experience.
Maggie Oudsema
Photographer, Curator, Marketer
Maggie is a biologist/research scientist by day, co-owner by night. She helps out where she can around the shop, but mostly is in charge of photography, and our Facebook, Instagram, and webpage.
Basil
Shop Dog
Basil has the most important job. She likes to make sure we don't work too hard. She likes to be involved in all actives around the shop. Being a smaller lab mix, we like to use her for scale on some of our larger pieces we make.
